Michelle O’Grady-Caballero

Michelle O’Grady is a communications and partnerships strategist with over a decade of experience. Using research, testing, and inventive solutions to solve complex problems, she advises foundations, nonprofit organizations, policymakers, and businesses on developing impact-focused programs with cultural competency to engage communities, partners, and customers better. Her direct experience includes product and campaign development, partnership development, research and testing, multicultural advertising, and awareness campaigns for partners such as Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, Google, AARP, GoodRx, and the LA County Department of Public Health.

Michelle has served as a Board Member for WashingTech, Define American, and Esperanza Community Corporation. She is an advisor for Support Latino Business, Building Belonging, and a policy fellow with Google. Michelle has a master's in Media Psychology and focuses on how media and awareness can drive change in multicultural and mixed-race communities. She has been in the marketing and advertising industry for two decades, developing campaigns for some of the biggest brands and impact-related organizations.
